Problem:  Frequent team transitions, largely driven by contract-based workforce, put critical institutional knowledge at risk and created inconsistency in instructional design practices within highly regulated environment.

Solution:  Led knowledge capture initiatives and designed a centralized Confluence site with guidelines, resources, and step-by-step process documentation to support repeatable, compliant development and handoffs.

Outcome:  Preserved institutional knowledge, reduced rework and delays caused by process gaps, and ensured consistent, timely course delivery despite ongoing team turnover.​​​​

Parallel Brands - Frontline Learning & Communication Ecosystem

Problem:  As the organization scaled, leadership needed to consistently reinforce a defined set of cultural values and operating principles. Deskless retail and manufacturing staff relied on overextended managers to relay learning and critical information, resulting in diluted messaging and inconsistent change adoption.

Solution:  Implemented a mobile, social intranet prior to LMS adoption, creating a centralized communication and learning channel for direct delivery of learning, updates, and culture-driven messaging to frontline employees.

Outcome: Sustained adoption above 85%, significantly improved speed and consistency of communication, and established a scalable foundation for reinforcing culture and values during rapid growth.

Parallel Brands - Learning Reinforcement in the Flow of Work

Problem:  In a fast-paced environment marked by frequent regulatory, leadership, and product changes, frontline staff were expected to maintain high productivity and customer engagement while keeping up with evolving processes and priorities.

Solution:  To supplement LMS and intranet learning and messaging, implemented in-store back-office and lab TVs delivering 30-60 second micro-videos that reinforced product, process and operational updates aligned to current business priorities.

Outcome:  Enabled timely reinforcement in the flow of work, helping staff stay aligned amid constant change while supporting consistent execution across locations.
