LMS Implementations
I have implemented a Litmos Learning Management System for two companies (2014 & 2018). For each, I was responsible for the entire process from functional requirement gathering and vendor selection through to implementation, system management and vendor management. I also began implementation for a Cornerstone LMS that was selected prior to my hire. I determined the vendor was not suited to our needs and was able to cancel the contract and select a new vendor.

Intranet Implementations
I have implemented intranets at three companies (2010, 2014, & 2018). In two cases I designed and wrote an HTML intranet on the company network. In the third case I selected Beekeeper, a mobile friendly app that allowed for different channels for teams and multi-level roles. With Beekeeper we were successful in maintaining 85+% use rates. In all three situations I was responsible for developing internal communications plans and creating and/or overseeing communications.
Help System Implementations
I have implemented two iterations of a help system at one company (Alliance Enterprises 2009 & 2010). Originally I developed a help system using RoboHelp. However, as our software and services changed I determined that RoboHelp (at the time) was not capable of all the functionality we required. I searched for a new resource and found MadCap Flare to be a perfect fit.

The help system supported our clients' use of a very complex case management system. It was comprehensive, context-sensitive, indexed and updated with each release.
