Facilitation
I'm an experienced learning facilitator, having managed everything from content development, planning, scheduling, coordinating, and speaking to groups from 4 to 120 throughout my L&D career.
The video is an example of my facilitation at a workshop I developed to train front-line managers on the company's HR policies and resources for people management. I planned and managed coordination of all aspects of this one day, live, interactive workshop for 120 managers.

Workshop Components:

A professional improv troupe acted out examples of bad scenarios

Participants were asked to identify what went wrong and how better choices would improve each situation

Improv troupe "replayed" the scenario incorporating participant feedback

Internal HR experts facilitated interactive conversations for each section of training

A wrap-up exercise asked participants to make and share commitments in areas they identified for growth

A workbook was filled with resources on each topic with room for notes and commitments

A follow-up component was provided via MS Teams to continue conversations around commitments, participant success, and peer coaching
