Developing learning experiences that are engaging, while accomplishing knowledge transfer and behavioral change is at the core of my love for L&D.  While collaborating with SMEs, I'm skilled at getting to the underlying problem to identify the right solution.

 

I have designed a variety of interactive learning experiences:  activity-based classrooms, e-learning and microlearning (scenario-based, simulation, activity-based, and video-based).
